They made the process of replacing my roof via warranty very easy. My shingles were wearing out way before their time and a representative from Roofcorp helped me through the warranty process and got my roof replaced with new shingles. I was kept informed every step of the way. As soon as replacement was approved by the shingle manufacturer, Roofcorp got me new shingles and installed them in a timely manner. It was all finished in one day, with quality work and a great clean up.read more

Summary: They could have said I needed a new roof, and instead showed their integrity and said it was in great shape. They were such a pleasure to work with -- prompt, professional, ethical, and excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.*Long story short, while purchasing my home, complete SNAFU where 2 inspectors said bad hail damage on the roof and 2 said none at all.Sellers had given me receipts for past work done, so I reached out to original roofers, Roofcorp.The owner, Alan, replied back to my email late on a Saturday night! We dealt with Jeff Olivero, a project manager at Roofcorp Incorporated, to have our roof replaced after a spring hailstorm. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was punctual, professional, and always followed through with what he said he would do. He worked well with our insurance company, and made sure the claim payment included everything that was damaged, and we got a fair deal from insurance. He personally inspected the roof when the installation was complete to make sure everything was done right. We highly recommend Jeff as he is very dependable and trustworthy. I am impressed with Ben and his team at Roofcorp. They tore out the old roof and installed the new one in great time, even picked up the pace to avoid an incoming snowstorm. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, including returning a second time to do a final sweep for any remaining materials or nails. We had a small issue with a cracked window, to which Ben replied immediately by coming out the next morning and rectified the situation in 10 minutes, including offering to call the insurance company for us to close the final communication loop. I am impressed and would use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.read more

I received quotes from 4 different roofing companies for my total roof replacement. We had to pay for this out-of-pocket so I did my homework before starting this process and had a pretty definite idea of what I wanted before I solicited quotes. I then let all the companies quote the job without me telling them what I had in mind.I got a wide variety of quotes and approaches. My home has no soffit vents and just two old gable vents so adequate attic ventilation was an important factor to me and I waited for the companies to address this without me telling them. None of them really adequately responded but RoofCorp was the closest. Once I mentioned it they (meaning the job coordinator Jeff) was very receptive to my ideas and told me where they may need modification.Once we agreed and they understood what I wanted it all worked out fine. The crew themselves did the job in two days which was pretty impressive, they worked very hard to complete it in time as we were always watching for the next storm to come in.I would recommend RoofCorp to others, just make sure you know what you want and which directions to go in before blindly accepting quotes. I realize this may be difficult for some. RoofCorp wasn't the least expensive but you know it's better to pay a little more now and get what you want than to fix it later...read more

This is a company that will go above and beyond your expectations. Victor their repair guy was easy to work with. Trying to set a time when the snow on the roof was gone for some repairs was hard. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job on the repairs of our roof. When we listed our home for sale, the buyers asked for some roof repairs to be done prior to closing, Roofcorp was able to fit us in the schedule, clean up the site from the replaced shingles, and get us to the closing table with no hiccups. Jeff was so great to work with we even had him check out the roof on our new house to insure everything was good there.
